Minister Fiqi and James Swan praised the successful offensives carried out in recent weeks, which significantly weakened Al-Shabaab strongholds and disrupted their ability to launch coordinated attacks.
“The sacrifices made by our national army and local defenders are invaluable. It is our duty to build on these successes with stronger institutional partnerships,” said Minister Fiqi.
