A plane carrying the newly appointed commander of the 43rd division General Ali Bogmadow was Friday turned back at the Kismayo Airport.

A Jubbaland official confirmed to Radio Dalsan that General was turned back to Mogadishu.

Jubbaland state says that no consultation was made with regional President Ahmed Madoobe prior to the appointment of Gen. Bogdamow as the commmander of the 43rd Division.
