The Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister, Kamaal Daahir Guutaale, presided over the official handover ceremony for the newly appointed Director of the Information Department and Government Spokesperson, Abdinaasir Ahmed Bashiir, as he assumed his duties from the outgoing director.
