Somalia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Abukar Baalle, has issued a strong warning to Israel against any actions that undermine the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia, during an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council.
Speaking before the Council, Ambassador Baalle expressed Somalia’s deep concern over what he described as Israel’s interference in Somalia’s internal affairs. He emphasized that any attempt to infringe upon Somalia’s sovereignty constitutes a clear violation of international law and poses a serious threat to peace and stability in the Horn of Africa.
