Somalia's Minister of Internal Security, Gen. Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail Fartaag, launched the Regional Counter-Smuggling Programme in Mogadishu on July 23.
The initiative partners the Federal Government with the UK Border Security Command and IOM to strengthen airport border security.
