Sheikh Farah highlighted improving investment conditions and urged close cooperation to accelerate the National Transformation Plan and achieve sustainable economic growth.
Somalia’s Health Minister, Dr. Ali Haji Adam, addressed a global panel at the Doha Forum 2025, stressing the need for stronger domestic health financing and expanded South–South cooperation in response to declining international aid.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud closed the 6th Somali Youth Leadership and Innovation Forum, highlighting the government’s plans to empower youth through education reforms, development programs, and active participation in elections. He called on Somali youth to unite their creativity, skills, and leadership to drive innovation and national progress. The President also encouraged young people to adopt modern technologies to foster economic growth, investment, and self-reliance.
Somalia’s Chief Justice Bashe Yusuf Ahmed joined regional judicial leaders in Nairobi for the annual East African Chief Justices Forum, where participants discussed strengthening people-centered justice and expanding access to legal services across the region.
