Turkish airlines officially resumes Somalia flights

Turkish airlines has officially resumed direct daily flights from Mogadishu - Istanbul route.

Turkish embassy in Mogadishu has officially confirmed through its twitter account.

The flight was suspended on February this year for security related reason after laptop bomb exploded on Somali airliner Dallo airlines.

The suspected suicide bomber died while several sustained injuries before emergency landing back to Mogadishu International airport.

Key suspects were detained after tip off from airport CCTV camera.
