Insiders tell Radio Dalsan that the regional state is likely to disregard the ban.

Puntland signed the 30-year concession for management and development of a multipurpose port project in April 2017.

The $336 million agreement was put in to focus after the controversial tripartite agreement between the Emirati Company, Ethiopia and Somaliland that brew a diplomatic row between Abu Dhabi and Mogadishu.
