Somali President Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has appointed four deputy governors and one Secretary General for the Benadir region on Sunday.
In a Presidential decree, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud appointed Isse Mohamud Goure, deputy governor for Administration and Finance
Asis Osman Mohamed, deputy governor for social affairs.
Ali Yare Ali, a staunch former president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo supporter was sacked as deputy Mogadishu mayor on security affairs. Mohamed Ahmed Diriye was appointed as his successor.
