The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre and his delegation have arrived in Djibouti on Tueaday.
Hamza Abdi Barre and his delegation were warmly welcomed at the airport by his country’s counterpart Abdulkadir Kamil Mohamed and members of the Djibouti government.
The Prime Minister’s visit, which came at the invitation of the Djibouti government, will last for three days, according to a statement from his office.
Also, the prime minister of Somalia, while in the Republic of Djibouti, will hold meetings with the leaders of the country, regarding strengthening of the relations of brotherhood and neighbourliness between Somalia and Djibouti.
The prime minister will also discuss with the Djibouti government issues related to the government’s war with Al-Shabaab and how to support the ongoing operations.
He will also thank the people of Djibouti for their support to the Somali people, after the explosions in Zoobe, as they sent emergency aid and doctors who performed medical work in Mogadishu.
