The guards of the Turkish run hospital in the capital refused the Mayor and his delegation to enter.
a confrontation between the Mayor and the guards of the hospital damaged cameras of journalists who were covering the event.
The mayor later left the scene and his efforts to see the victims of Baidoa attack last week was unsuccessful.
No comment from the management of the hospital as to why they refused the mayor to access the facility to see the victims of Alshabaab attack.
