A court in Kenyan has sentenced to death a man it has accused of aiding Somali pirates kidnap British national for ransom.
35 years old Ali Babitu Kololo is believed to have aided a gang of Somali pirates into the house of British citizen Judith Tebbutt and her husband who were kidnap from Kenya on September 2011.
Kenyan police said Babitu Kololo helped five armed men to kidnap Judith and Her husband.
60 years old British citizen whose husband died in the incident was later released after a ransom of over 600,000 pounds was paid to her captives.
