Video: Somali Forces Repel Al-Shabaab Attack in Middle Shabelle
Heavy fighting broke out yesterday in Middle Shabelle after Al-Shabaab attacked a Somali military base. Somali Danab forces, backed by air support, repelled the attack and secured the base. Officials said some government soldiers were killed, while the militants suffered heavy losses.
