Independent constitutional review commission Continues consultations on finance Chapter

The Independent Constitutional Review Commission (ICRC) has continued its preliminary consultation meetings on the Finance Chapter, holding a session today with the Office of the Auditor General of the Federal Government of Somalia.

The meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the Independent Constitutional Review Commission, Mr. Burhan Aden Omar, and aimed to conduct initial consultations on matters related to the Office of the Auditor General and how its roles and responsibilities will be addressed within the Finance Chapter of the Constitution.

These preliminary consultations on the Finance Chapter are ongoing, with further meetings planned with all relevant financial institutions and stakeholders to ensure inclusive input into the constitutional review process.
