At least three people have been confirmed dead after an IED exploded inside a house in Dayniile district in the Somali capital Mogadishu.
Among the dead is a woman and child, a resident of Odweyne Village where the incident occurred told Radio Dalsan.
“I have seen a head of a woman and a human heart lying on the ground.” A resident told Radio Dalsan in an interview.
Security agents have launched an investigation into the explosion.
Preliminary investigation shared to Radio Dalsan indicate that the IED was being assembled at the time of the explosion.
