At least 2 militants were on Monday killed near Jilib Middle Juba region in the latest US airstrike targeting the Alqaeda linked Alshabaab.
One militant was wounded according to a statement issued by the US Africa Command.
“We assess no civilians were killed in this airstrike†the statement said.
This is the fourth airstrike in Somalia by the US in 2018.
