Unknown assailants on Wednesday invaded the house of a known Koranic school teacher and shot him several times before fleeing the scene.
The Koranic teacher was later pronounced dead after he succumbed to gun wound injuries.
The shooting happened in Mogadishu’s Wadajir district.
Police have launched an investigation in to the killing but no arrest has been made.
