Somalia and Saudi Arabia discuss strengthening regional stability and security cooperation

The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Ali Omar, held a meeting with the Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Waleed Elkhereiji.

The two sides discussed strengthening cooperation on regional stability, security, and the expansion of economic relations. Somalia expressed appreciation for the leadership role and principled stabilization efforts undertaken by the Saudi Arabia in the region.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to advancing bilateral relations and deepening strategic cooperation based on mutual interests and shared prosperity between Somalia and Saudi Arabia.
