The federal government of somalia was represented by a delegation led by the deputy auditor general, mr. abdijamal ismail.

Throughout the program, somali auditors benefited from practical sessions, technical exchanges, and exposure to international best practices applied by turkey’s supreme audit institutions.

On the sidelines of the training, bilateral meetings were held between the leadership of the office of the auditor general of somalia, the turkish court of accounts, and tika. These discussions centered on deepening cooperation, sharing expertise, and expanding institutional partnerships to further support capacity development initiatives for somalia’s oversight institutions.
