Somalia’s premier Omar Abdirashid who reached Puntland on Friday began talks with President Gaas and other region stakeholders in an attempt to reach ultimatum answer over Mudug’s region disputes and the prevailing Somali situations.
High ranked officials from Puntland and Federal government have attended in a high level consultation meeting held in the capital Garowe .
Somali premier Omar Abdirashiid, Puntland president Abdiwali Gaas,
cabinet members and parliamentarians were in attendance at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Puntland president Abdiwali Gaas said that the meeting will focus on implementing previous agreements between Federal government and the Puntland as well vision of 2016.
“ Puntland has its own responsibilities to keep an eye on how the  current government is working and further talks scheduled to be held in here “ Puntland president said.
Somalia PM Omar Abdirashiid who passionately spoke of improving current relationships said that Federal government will take on steps to boost up more collaboration between the state and the government amid results has yet to be publicly released.
While the participants affirmed the discussion of an inclusive process engaging stakeholders was accepted and this would brought further talks between both sides over the reached agreements.
