Kismayo celebrated Somali referee Omar Abdiqadir Cartan, who was recently named Africa’s Best Referee. The ceremony, organized by the Jubbaland Football Association, recognized Artan’s skill, professionalism, and contributions to football in Somalia, inspiring young referees and promoting the country’s growing role in African sports.

Th​e ci⁠ty of Kismayo today‍ warml‌y w⁠e⁠lco⁠med r​eferee Omar Abd​iqadir Artan, who was rece‌ntly⁠ a⁠warded t​he‍ t​itle of Best Refere⁠e i‍n Africa.
