Witnesses say the woman, who had gone to the hospital seeking help, was turned away reportedly because she could not afford the required medical fees.
She was later forced to deliver outside the main entrance as passersby watched in disbelief.
According to eyewitness accounts, neither doctors nor hospital staff assisted her, and no emergency care was provided even after delivery. Tragically, the newborn died shortly after birth due to lack of immediate medical attention.
