Mogadishu, – Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre left Mogadishu on Sunday for China, where he will attend the 7th China–Arab States Expo in Yinchuan, Ningxia province.
The international forum brings together leaders and investors to explore cooperation in trade, investment, energy, and technology. Somali officials say the Prime Minister will use the event to seek new partnerships in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and renewable energy.
During his visit, Hamza is expected to hold bilateral talks with senior Chinese officials and Arab leaders, focusing on strengthening economic ties and attracting investment to Somalia.
