Somali president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received credentials from three envoys recently posted to Somalia.

The President received diplomatic papers on Saturday at Mogadishu’s  Villa Somalia from Ambassadors Arnaud Suquet of France, Katarina Leligdonova of Slovakia and Maarten Brouwer of Netherlands.

” H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received credentials from three new Ambassadors.” Said villa somalia in a statement.

The head of the state reiterated Somalia’s commitment to consolidating bilateral ties with the new envoys’ respective countries and wished them success as they begin their tour of duty in the country.

He expressed optimism that during their stay in Somalia, the new envoys will help to further deepen the strong partnerships that exist between Somalia and their respective nations.

On their part, the ambassadors assured the President of their determination to work closely with the Government in expanding the scope of bilateral relations between Mogadishu and their respective capitals.
