The plans and discussions to form of new autonomous States for Hiran and middle shabelle regions in Somalia has officially on Saturday opened at Villa Hargeisa in the Somalia’s state house in the capital Mogadishu.
The participants in the meeting include the highest top ranking officials in the federal government, Ministers, lawmakers, traditional elders, the United Nations, IGAD and other officials from the International Community.
Sources close to the meeting who spoke to Dalsan radio say that the outcome of the meeting will be when and where will the general meeting for the formation of Hiran and middle Shabelle regions will be in place.
Besides all that there is also the possibility that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will appoint the technical community for this new autonomous States. The main plan is to conclude the formation of Hiran and Middle Shabelle regions as autonomous States, before the end of 2016.
