Ilyas Osman Lugatoor, Vice President of Puntland, visited Boosaaso Airport today to inspect ongoing development and maintenance projects. He was welcomed by Minister of Aviation and Airports, Abdullahi Bile Nur, Director-General of the Ministry, Maax Ahmed Yusuf, and airport staff.
During the visit, the Vice President toured various sections of the airport that have recently undergone construction and renovation, ensuring that facilities meet operational and safety standards. He also inspected the new modern hotel being built within the airport premises, whose construction is nearing completion and is expected to enhance services for travelers and airline personnel.
